Position: C++ Sr. Software Project Manager – Hardware & Software Development

Location: Vadodara Sarabhai Campus. IN OFFICE ROLE

Employment Type: Full-Time 10 am to 7 pm.

Experience 8 to 12 years

Department: Engineering / Product Development

Salary :- 45 K to 55 K per month.

About the Role and Company

We are a print and publishing company aiming to create a software for publishing industries based in UK.

Lead and manage the complete software development lifecycle for C++ and embedded software projects.

Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple hardware-software development projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, software, QA, DevOps, manufacturing, and product management teams.

Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and project milestones.

Manage cross-functional engineering teams and mentor technical leads and developers.

Coordinate architecture discussions and technical decision-making with engineering stakeholders.

Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and compliance with development standards.

Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project execution methodologies as appropriate.

Oversee hardware-software integration, system validation, and product release activities.

Required Technical Skills

trong programming background in C++ with the ability to understand software architecture and code reviews.

Experience managing projects involving:

• Embedded Systems
• Firmware Development
• Hardware Integration
• Device Drivers
• Real-Time Systems

Strong understanding of:

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Design Patterns
• Software Architecture
• Memory Management

Knowledge of communication protocols such as:

• UART
• SPI
• I2C
• CAN

Experience with Linux and Windows development environments.

Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science Engineering
• Excellent ability to communicate with UK teams with good spoken and written english.
