Key Responsibilities

Development Leadership: Lead development initiatives, ensuring best practices in software architecture and design. Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and enhance team performance.
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
Architecture Design: Apply deep understanding of software architecture principles to build robust backend systems, utilizing OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture methodologies.
Database Management: Design and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance and efficient data retrieval through ADO.NET and raw SQL integrations.
API Development: Create and manage Web APIs using ASP.NET Core, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and other services.
Cloud Integration: Utilize cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to deploy applications, implement CI/CD pipelines, and adopt DevOps practices for continuous delivery.
Microservices and Distributed Systems: Develop and maintain microservices and distributed systems, implementing CQRS, messaging, and caching mechanisms where applicable.
Frontend Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.

Core Skills

Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core (MVC), Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and modern .NET ecosystem development.
Hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance systems using OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Proficient in developing .NET Core Console Apps, Class Libraries, Windows Services, and supporting .NET Framework (Classic) applications.
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, and ADO.NET with raw SQL integrations.
Expertise in LINQ, including advanced queries (joins, left joins, complex transformations).
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, CQRS, messaging, and caching mechanisms.
Strong exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines / DevOps practices.
Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap.
Skilled in Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
