We are looking forward to hire Salesforce Administration Professionals in the following areas : Job Description Senior Operational Admin Salesforce In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department. Your role is to support the current and next generation of technology to our global CRM Systems across all divisions and business units at client. The role will focus on Salesforce operations, to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system problems based on reported issues and manage support tickets, as well as operational monitoring. You will also participate in projects for new capabilities as needed. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex system problems based on reported issues and manage support tickets. Lead and coordinate the analysis, testing, and roll out of specific enhancements and system upgrades. Establish and coordinate the interactions with business partners on issues and escalation point to help to diagnose and resolve system problems. Able to propose configuration of the platform including workflows, approval processes, control data, profiles and roles, page layouts, dashboards, reports, etc. Assist in maintenance of the customer platform including user maintenance, roles, permissions, etc. Create and update of training materials and end user training. Perform Salesforce configuration and customization to support process automation. Perform Unit Testing and Defect Fixes Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information technology or related experience 5+ years of Salesforce experience in an administration or primary support role Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with solid knowledge of triaging and escalation of critical issues. Strong technical skills of a CRM with good business acumen in sales, service, and marketing. Customer focus. Strong written and verbal skills Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing?Automation, Field Service,?and/or ?Platform?App Builder certifications preferred?
