Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Reporting To: Sales Head

Department: Sales – Lending

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.



Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 8+ years in sales with at least 3–4 years in team management.
  • Industry: Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Loan Industry (Personal Loans / Business Loans preferred).
  • Team Management: Experience handling large inside sales or Telecalling teams (50+ members).


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage a large inside sales/telecalling team focused on loan products. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of credit products, and the ability to drive aggressive sales targets while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure consistent improvement in sales performance.


2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team (50+ members) including supervisors and agents.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and quality monitoring of calls.
  • Provide feedback on sales pitch, objection handling, tonality, and closing techniques.


3. Operational Management

  • Manage and optimize key sales KPIs such as conversion rates, average handling time (AHT), and revenue per RM.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the telecalling / inside sales operations.


4. Hiring & Team Development

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to scale operations.
  • Build a high-performing sales culture through structured training and continuous mentoring.


5. Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Analyse sales data, pipeline, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior management.




6. Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure all sales activities and loan processes follow internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India.

7. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and product positioning to refine sales approach.
