🔍 What you’ll do?

Drive virtual orientation program and ensure seamless onboarding
Coordinate training logistics and manage learning platforms
Work on training analytics, reporting, and assessments
Support content development and facilitate sessions when needed
Contribute in employee engagement initiatives and Rewards & Recognition programs

🎯 We are looking for:

Candidates with,

B.Sc / B.Pharm / MBA in HR with a drive to work in Pharma L&D
1–4 years of experience in Training Coordination / HR / L&D. Freshers can also apply.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and development
