Job Title: Senior Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Mohali (Chandigarh University Campus)


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital strategies for student acquisition, brand building, and online engagement. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, team management, and analytics within the education/edtech sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns for admissions (UG, PG, and other programs).
  • Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and optimize for maximum efficiency.
  • Handle agency coordination and vendor management.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, PPC, content, creatives).
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with internal teams for content, branding, and admissions strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as CPL, conversion rate, traffic growth, and engagement.


Requirements:

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in Education/EdTech).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale lead generation campaigns.
  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Marketing.
  • Experience working with universities or large education institutions.
