Job Description Backend Developer with 7+ yrs of exp (Java with Oracle Database) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot ). Build and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by frontend and mobile apps. Implement security best practices, including authentication and data protection. Develop and optimize database interactions with Oracle Database. Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform performance tuning on Oracle. Manage connection pooling and transactions for Oracle Database. Use ORM frameworks like Hibernate or Spring Data JPA for Oracle integration. Write automated unit and integration tests to maintain backend code quality. Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and deployments. Participate in Agile workflows, including sprint planning and reviews. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework. Hands-on experience with Oracle Database?SQL query optimization, schema design, indexing, and PL/SQL. Experience using JDBC or Spring Data JPA for Oracle connectivity. Familiarity with Oracle-specific features such as partitioning, sequences, and advanced indexing. Experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT). Proficiency with build tools Gradle, Groovy. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud services AWS, is a plus. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
