Job Description

Experience - 1-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution.
Create and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on-site implementation matches design intent.
Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.
Coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language.
Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation.
Integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Design with specialisation in interiors.
Professional experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors is mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership.
