Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on exposure to hardcore IT hiring, deep understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to independently close complex technology roles while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on exposure to hardcore IT hiring, deep understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to independently close complex technology roles while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand technical requirements for roles such as Developers, Testers, Designers, DevOps, and Support Engineers, and non technical requirements for roles such as BDE, Product Sales, HR, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical suitability
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment for future trackers
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and joining closures
- Ensure positive candidate experience at all stages
- Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and timelines
- Minimum 4+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience (MANDATORY)
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical resumes effectively
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Exposure to end-to-end Hiring along with strategic recruitment responsibilities.
