Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring HR policies, processes, and practices foster organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance. This role requires balancing strategic influence with operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

What We Expect From You

  • Partner with management to prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide expertise in employee relations, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Support departments in designing and delivering HR plans aligned with business direction.
  • Deliver timely HR education and guidance across all levels of the organization.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with external suppliers and partners.
  • Champion employee lifecycle milestones, ensuring clarity, connection, and alignment with business vision.
  • Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, engagement, and communication.
  • Lead and oversee core HR processes across functions and products.
  • Manage HR activities including grievance resolution, performance coaching, and employee counselling.
  • Educate managers and employees on compensation practices, performance feedback, and career transitions.
  • Ensure payroll and benefits processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient.
  • Conduct pay surveys, job evaluations, and recommend pay structure revisions to maintain competitiveness.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making, track HR metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

What Experience Will You Bring To The Role

  • 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations and business partnering.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational outcomes.
  • Expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation frameworks, and organizational development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
