Job Description
- Develop Implementation and Monitoring of a HSE Management System at workplace.
- Review of daily observations noticed during plant visit for compliance.
- Working as a HSE Coordinator of Factory for ISO: 45001:2018 & ISO: 14001:2015 system to implement maintain & sustain HSEMS system across the company
- Conduct internal audit and review the finding for preparation and implementation of Action plan
- Updating the Management for local and International statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct Annual inspecting of lifting tools and tackles with competent person.
- Coordinate and conduct Inspection and testing of Pressure vessels installed in plant.
- Review and update HSEMS related Documents.
- Monthly Monitoring & Review of legal compliance & Report submit to management.
- Ensure Legal Compliances & co coordinately liaison with DISH, GPCB, PESO & GIDC or any agencies, local bodies etc.
- Identify work areas for potential accident and health hazard & implement appropriate control measures.
- Conduct Incident investigation and deriving CAPA.
- Review all Corrective Action and Preventive Action implemented.
- Weekly Safety Walk through round with Factory Manager & plant head to monitor HSEMS system & compliance.
- Motivate employees for reporting & compliance of unsafe act/ condition & near miss.
- Conducting Monthly theme base HSE program / Campaign in company.
- Circulate Monthly HSE Bulletin for knowledge sharing.
- Review of conduct of tool box talk at plant
- Audit of Work Permit System implemented in plant
- Conduct departmental safety committee meeting
- Preparing scenario & conducting periodic emergency exercises / mock drills and preparation of reports of Mock Drill.
- Monitoring of PPE compliance at Workplace
- Celebrate National Safety Day, Environment Day, Fire Service Day by conducting Safety competitions like quiz, essay, slogan, poster making etc.
- Detailed Environmental Monitoring (Air, Water, Noise and Hazardous Wastes), Data analysis and Report preparation.
- Hazardous & Solids Waste Management.
- Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports for Submission to State Pollution Control Board.
- Preparation and presenting the monthly HSE Statistics to HOD for Management review.
- Investigation of FIRE incidents and preparation of Fire occurrence report.
- Maintaining record of inspection and testing of Fire Fighting Equipment’s
- Conducting training programs on HSE & FIRE related topics.
- Liaison for Fire NOC.
- Apart of all customer audit regarding Health, Safety & Environment.
