Sr. Executive – Project Management

Job Summary:

The Sr. Executive – Project Management will be responsible for managing and executing project launch plans within defined timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth product launches. The role requires strong project management skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

· Prepare, execute, and monitor launch plans to ensure project completion within defined timeframes.

· Identify potential risks associated with the project and take corrective action in discussion with senior management.

· Assist cross-functional teams (CFTs) in resolving any challenges related to the action plan.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance:

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth product launch.

· Ensure all project-related requisites are in place at the time of execution.

· Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Supply Agreements and align project activities with client expectations.

3. Process Improvement & Risk Management:

· Apply established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

· Escalate project issues in a timely manner to senior management.

· Conduct regular meetings with senior management to update them on project progress.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc/MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent)

· Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the pharmaceutical industry.

· Skills Required:

o Strong understanding of product launch processes

o Excellent coordination and communication skills

o Ability to manage risks and solve problems proactively

o Knowledge of compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical product launches

o Strong proficiency in project tracking tools & reporting
