Type: Full-time | Field Sales (Territory-based)

Role Summary
We are hiring Sales Executives who will visit schools/colleges in assigned areas, generate leads through cold visits, conduct demos, close subscriptions, and coordinate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools/colleges/coaching institutes in the assigned territory (field visits)
- Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, and follow-ups
- Identify and meet decision makers (Principal/Director/Manager)
- Schedule and deliver product demos (with support from the team)
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
- Maintain daily pipeline/lead updates (Google Sheet/CRM)
- Coordinate onboarding/training after closure and ensure go-live support
- Build relationships for renewals and referrals
What Weβre Looking For
- Strong communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Confident, polite, and professional with school authorities
- Comfortable with field travel and meeting targets
- Basic smartphone/tech comfort (WhatsApp, Google Forms/Sheets)
- Disciplined with follow-ups and daily reporting
- Two-wheeler and a personal laptop preferred
