Job Description: CSD Key Accounts Associate
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Position Summary
The CSD KAA is responsible for managing end to end order to dispatch processing activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and plant teams to ensure timely order execution, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.

The CSD KAA is responsible for managing end to end order to dispatch processing activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and plant teams to ensure timely order execution, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers on a regular basis to manage and process customer orders efficiently
- Ensure timely conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales orders after obtaining required site and finance clearances
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with the Finance team to track payment status and ensure compliance with credit and payment terms
- Liaise with the Plant team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials as per customer commitments
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between customers, plant customer service teams, and other internal functions
- Support creation and maintenance of customer master data, including customer code creation
- Assist in new material code creation and ensure accuracy of related master data
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or CSD-related roles
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is an advantage
