Job Description: CSD Key Accounts Associate

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Position Summary

The CSD KAA is responsible for managing end to end order to dispatch processing activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and plant teams to ensure timely order execution, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers on a regular basis to manage and process customer orders efficiently
  • Ensure timely conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales orders after obtaining required site and finance clearances
  • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance team to track payment status and ensure compliance with credit and payment terms
  • Liaise with the Plant team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials as per customer commitments
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between customers, plant customer service teams, and other internal functions
  • Support creation and maintenance of customer master data, including customer code creation
  • Assist in new material code creation and ensure accuracy of related master data
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Good understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or CSD-related roles
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is an advantage
