Sr. Email Marketing Specialist

GR Scholastic LLP is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist who can own the entire email marketing engine — from planning and strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, thinks strategically, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on. You’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing international email campaigns that drive real engagement and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Planning, designing, and executing end-to-end international email marketing campaigns.
• Building email programs from scratch — strategy, workflows, automation & optimization
• Handling lead generation: identifying, validating, and filtering genuine email IDs
• Growing subscriber lists while improving open rates, CTRs, and conversions
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize performance
• Creating and optimizing email automation workflows with best practices & compliance
• Track, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
• Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance and effectiveness
• Maintain and enhance email automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for managing email campaigns, automation, and audience segmentation
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and SEO principles related to email marketing
• Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
• Someone who takes ownership and loves improving what already works.

What We’re Looking For

✨ 3+ years of email marketing experience (international exposure preferred)
✨ Expertise in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailjet, Klaviyo,Apolo.io Salesforce Marketing Cloud
✨ Strong knowledge of SEO & its impact on email marketing
✨ Skilled in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization
✨ Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design
✨ Strong project management skills (multi-campaign handling)
✨ Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
