Data Analyst - Supply Chain Solutions

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the analytics of supply chain solutions/Network design/Warehousing Design - Modelling of historical transaction data to arrive at optimal, tech-enabled end-to-end supply chain solutions in terms of Network footprint and Mode of transportation to reduce fulfilment cost and time
• Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and provide actionable recommendations on processes
• Conceptualize & create automated tools as per business requirements
• Identify & tracking business KPIs & associated metrics by highlighting progress and proactively identifying issues/improvement areas
• The candidate is required to work with cross-functional teams, from BD to engineering and operations to corporate finance to stitch together solutions that solve customers' needs. The candidate must have the drive to innovate and question the norm, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership
• The candidate is expected to be highly analytical and data-driven while being a hustler and problem solver. The candidate must thrive in a high-performance environment and possess strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Requirement

• Expertise in Business analytics tools & statistical programming languages – Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the product/business - solve problems and distill data into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams
• Intellectual and analytical curiosity – an initiative to dig into the why what & how
• Strong number crunching and quantitative skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to think of solutions through the first principle method
