- Manage celebrity endorsements, sponsored athletes, and large sponsorship deals to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and manage celebrity contracts and sponsorship agreements effectively.
- Champion digital-first marketing strategies, including social, web, and app engagement.
- Incorporate AI tools to optimize marketing processes and team productivity.
- Support engagement and communication for loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
- Increase recruitment and engagement for websites, health apps, and loyalty platforms.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Education
- MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory.
- Industry experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Health & Wellness preferred.
- 20 years of marketing experience with early career exposure in FMCG sales.
- Proven success in brand management and product innovation.
- Strong experience in consumer-driven strategies and market research.
- Exposure to multinational environments and ability to work with global teams.
- Ability to influence and drive marketing priorities across global and local stakeholders.
- Experience in media planning, sponsorships, and celebrity contract management.
- Strong digital marketing expertise; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Digitally savvy and passionate about leveraging technology for marketing innovation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
