Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven Client Acquisition Manager / Sales Manager (B2B) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with B2B clients across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition and revenue, while maintaining Company AOP
- Manage, mentor, and guide the business development team to ensure target achievement and smooth workflow
- Handle and convert domestic and global leads using Zoho CRM, with a strong focus on pipeline development
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Schedule and conduct business meetings and virtual conferences with decision-makers and content heads from top MNCs
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
- 3 – 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
- Strong email drafting, presentation, and client negotiation skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and result-oriented professional
