Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QEA Transformation and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help drive innovation. The position does not require travel allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement software solutions that align with the QEA Transformation framework to enhance business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Implement automated testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of QEA Transformation principles and their application in software development.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the role.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Show experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Hold a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

Certifications Required

Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or equivalent certification.
