Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vishakhapatnam for an Academy Lead at JSE Engineering Pvt Ltd. The Academy Lead will be responsible for managing training programs, designing course curriculums, mentoring trainees, and ensuring the development of technical skills among team members. They will collaborate with the management to identify skill gaps, conduct skill improvement sessions, oversee compliance with standards, and contribute to the professional growth of the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in academic counseling or relevant roles in an educational institution is an added advantage.
• 5-8 Years experience Required
• Good Communication & Basic software knowledge
• Immediate joiners Preferred
