Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant – Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Core Competencies

• Lead functional design and configuration for D365 F&O Finance implementations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with stakeholders.

• Support future cloud migration planning and readiness.

Required Qualifications

The candidate should have led multiple end-to-end implementations and be well-versed in modern functionalities including Projects, Procurement, Indian (Payroll, e-invoices), taxation, PMA, Timesheet, and mobile integrations. Experience and readiness for cloud migration is essential.

• 5–8 years of experience in D365 F&O • Minimum 4–5 end-to-end implementations in Finance domain.

• Strong knowledge of Finance, Projects, Procurement, Payroll, PMA, Timesheet, and mobile functionality.

• Familiarity with API integrations and mobile app workflows.

• UAT Execution management and experienced in RSAT

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
