Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the laboratory including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
Conduct various chemical analyses and experiments to support research and product development.
Manage a team of chemists and technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and validate new test methods to improve efficiency and accuracy of results.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations based on findings.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in a chemical laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Experience in supervising a team and leading projects from conception to completion.
Proficiency in analytical instruments, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
