Job Description

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst for providing support to the NA Marketing team within Columbia Threadneedle Investments, an Ameriprise Financial company. The role supports presentation and commentary production by providing data insights, managing shared content libraries, and helping maintain content and sales‑enablement systems. It includes posting materials, keeping metadata accurate across platforms, and assisting with monthly and quarterly cycles. The position also takes part in workflow meetings and regularly identifies ways to simplify processes and improve efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Provides regular reporting and/or analysis in support of presentation and commentary production as needed.

Maintain database of teams’ collateral for centralized content management and tracking

Provides front and back-end assistance in the maintenance of our content management and/or sales enablement system(s).

Posts materials and updates metadata to the appropriate channels/media/tech platforms.

Provides operational support for quarterly/monthly production of commentary and presentation materials.

Attends and participates in relevant presentation and commentary production status meetings and check-ins.

Develops and monitors effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering or any related fields and/or MBA (Finance)/Master’s in Economics and/or pursuing CFA.

3-5 years of relevant experience in finance (Asset management experience preferred)

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of sales enablement platforms and/or CRM software.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to track and manage multiple marketing pieces with various process steps and deadlines.

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Experience working with and managing content within SharePoint.
