  • Requirements gathering, Process mapping, Data analysis, SQL, Excel, Business process modeling (BPMN), Documentation, Stakeholder communication, use case development, Gap analysis, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, UAT planning, Agile/Scrum, change management, Microsoft Office Suite, Critical thinking, Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities, create functional specifications and user stories, facilitate meetings between stakeholders and technical teams, perform data analysis and create reports, develop process flow diagrams and documentation, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Will take on additional responsibilities handling hybrid project management opportunities in lieu of resourcing a separate Project Manager for payor agnostic projects.
