Head of Sales

• 3–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition
• MBA (preferred)with a good understanding of sales strategy and customer behavior

• Confident in client interactions : able to lead meetings, present effectively, and build trust
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Self-driven and proactive, can work independently without constant supervision
• A quick learner who can understand our business and start contributing fast
• Skilled in smart/consultative selling, not just aggressive pitching
• A strategic thinker who can plan, adapt, and contribute to overall sales growth

• Meet clients, pitch, close, and build long-term relationships
• Help us figure out what’s working in sales (and what’s not)
• Work closely with me to shape the sales strategy
• Turn ideas into execution
