Sr Audit Executive (CA Inter/Articleship completed)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr Audit Executive role based in Mysore. The Sr Audit Executive will support and lead audit assignments, including planning, execution, and finalization of audit reports for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, verifying accounting records, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GST and other statutory requirements. The role involves performing analytical reviews, identifying variances or risks, and recommending process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. The Sr Audit Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, prepare clear documentation, and use professional judgment aligned with CA Inter / Articleship training.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in audit reports and financial statements, with the ability to review, interpret, and finalize audit documentation.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and finance knowledge to assess data, identify issues, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance, including practical experience with GST filings and reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of broader financial processes and controls, supporting accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.
• CA Inter qualification and completion of Articleship, or equivalent professional training in audit and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian businesses.
• Proficiency in accounting and audit tools, spreadsheets, and financial software; comfort working with digital documentation and data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact professionally with clients.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing multiple engagements and deadlines.
