Store & Warehouse Audit: Conduct physical and system audits of stock, billing, cash, and assetsFinancial Audit: Verify purchase invoices, vendor payments, GST compliance, and expense claimsProcess Audit: Check adherence to backend SOPs for procurement, inventory movement, and returnsData Reconciliation: Reconcile ERP/SAP data with actual stock and sales dataException Reporting: Identify leakages, discrepancies, frauds and report to Audit ManagerCompliance: Ensure audit findings are closed within TAT and compliance norms are followedMIS & Documentation: Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and present findings to management
