In this role, you have the opportunity to …

• Become the brain for the collection teams in achieving desired results for the businesses.
• Be a part of the core collections team, building and managing portfolio dashboards of various lending products across merchant and consumer eco-system of BharatPe including Unsecured working capital loans, Credit Card, Personal Loans, BNPL etc.
• Play a key role in improving debt recovery processes, reduce delinquency, support decision-making in collections operations and maintain Lender Relationships, ensuring strong communication and trust to support business partnerships
• Enable the phased evolution of improved resolutions across buckets by identifying areas for enhancement and follow up including robust prioritization with stakeholders
• Engage and influence, BharatPe Leadership through predictions and the reward of seeing your contributions help build #bharatpeforbharat.

Responsibilities will include …

Functional Expertise:

• Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns & insights related to Collections performance.
• Developing models to forecast delinquency rates, identify high risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Monitor implemented strategies to continuously assess business & risk impact.
• Build reports and dashboards for collection teams and management

Problem Solving

• Monitor and evaluate ongoing performance and make data driven recommendations for improvements needed.
• Developing and implementing predictive models to improve agency allocation module basis data driven insights.

Interaction

• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Business, Lending ops & IT to execute developed modules to ensure minimum losses and maximize recoveries.
• Act as the main point of contact between the organization and lending partners from collection point of view
• Address lender concerns and resolve operational or performance issues

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

• Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Statistics/Business Analytics
• 1-2 years of Analytics and Portfolio Management, Experience in Financial Services/Fintech preferably in Credit Card / Unsecured Loan or BNPL products

Skills & know-how

• Adept in quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis and creating insights within large data eco-system. Proficiency in data tools like SQL/Python
