Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships,

manage multi-channel digital marketing projects, and drive strategic growth. The ideal

candidate has a strong background in client servicing and digital strategy

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and

long-term retention.

Manage team of account managers, graphic designers, video editors , content writers

and production team for smooth functioning of work.

Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, PPC,

social media, content, and email marketing.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, tech) to ensure timely and

high-quality campaign execution.

Present campaign performance reports, insights, and optimization

recommendations.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned accounts.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in account management within a digital agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Proven ability to manage large clients and complex campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
