Job Description: Sr ABM Strategy & Activation Specialist

Senior Individual Contributor

Shift Time: 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Role Purpose

Mavlers is building a full-service B2B Demand Generation capability for global agencies and B2B brands. We are hiring a senior, hands-on ABM practitioner who can independently understand client growth challenges, develop ABM proposals, define the scope of work, design the strategy, execute programmes and own delivery outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery to understand business goals, ICPs, sales cycles, pipeline gaps and ABM readiness.
  • Independently develop the ABM solution, deliverables, effort assumptions and measurement framework, working with the Practice Director or commercial owner to finalise pricing and contractual scope.
  • Define clear scopes of work, dependencies, assumptions, responsibilities and success metrics.
  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programmes.
  • Build target-account selection, segmentation, prioritisation and tiering frameworks.
  • Research target accounts, buying committees, business priorities, intent signals and engagement triggers.
  • Develop account-specific value propositions, messaging, content requirements and activation plans.
  • Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, content, email, outbound, events, website personalisation and sales plays.
  • Configure and operate ABM, intent-data, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Work directly with client marketing, sales, RevOps and leadership stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Mavlers’ paid media, content, creative, GTM and marketing operations specialists.
  • Own programmes from strategy and activation through optimisation, reporting and client delivery.
  • Measure account engagement, buying-group coverage, opportunity creation, pipeline progression and revenue influence.
  • Diagnose performance gaps and take corrective action across accounts, messaging, channels and execution.
  • Lead client workshops, programme reviews and strategic recommendations.
  • Build reusable ABM playbooks, proposal frameworks, templates and delivery standards.


Required Experience

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct ownership of ABM programmes.
  • Proven experience with B2B SaaS, technology, IT services, professional services or enterprise businesses.
  • Experience delivering named-account programmes for the US, UK, Australia or other global markets.
  • Strong understanding of ICP development, account tiering, buying groups, intent data, personalisation and sales alignment.
  • Experience creating ABM proposals, solution plans and detailed scopes of work.
  • Ability to independently strategise, execute, deliver and own programme outcomes.
  • Demonstrable contribution to qualified opportunities, pipeline progression, deal acceleration or revenue influence.
  • Strong client communication, consultation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to challenge unclear ICPs, weak offers, unrealistic expectations and misaligned sales processes.

  • Google Ads
  • CRM campaign reporting
  • Account-level dashboards and attribution platforms


The candidate must understand platform configuration, account-list management, audience building, intent signals, activation, CRM integration and performance reporting. Tool familiarity without direct programme ownership will not qualify.
