About The Role

We are the Delivery QA team for iLottery Global Business Solutions delivery. We test the complete integrated customer journey across web, mobile, and API — not individual products in isolation.

This is a senior hands-on engineering role. You will write automation code that runs in CI, operate an AI-assisted test design pipeline, and act as a human reviewer who governs the quality of AI-generated test output before it reaches production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver automated tests across web portal, mobile (iOS and Android), and API channels.
• Operate an AI-assisted test pipeline — from Jira story to linked automated test — under a structured human review process.
• Review and govern AI-generated test artefacts, accepting or rejecting them against acceptance criteria before they merge or reach the test management system.
• Author and maintain shared test interaction libraries that work across multiple customer sites without duplication.
• Onboard new customer sites into the automation suite, including test data setup, environment configuration, and CI integration.
• Contribute to pipeline tooling and scripting that connects Jira, test management, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with QA Leads, BAs, and delivery teams to ensure acceptance criteria are testable before design begins.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and test reporting across all three test channels.
  
  

Required Skills

Test Automation

• Playwright TypeScript — web portal and API test authoring, multi-environment configuration, fixture design
• Robot Framework + Appium — native iOS (XCUITest) and Android (UIAutomator2) test authoring and parallel execution
• API testing — REST assertion patterns, schema validation, auth flows (OAuth, JWT), multi-step orchestration
• Cloud device testing — real-device execution on a platform such as BrowserStack or Headspin
  
  

AI-Augmented Testing

• AI-assisted test pipeline operation — experience working within a workflow where AI generates test artefacts, including prompt engineering for test design
• Human-in-the-loop governance — reviewing, challenging, and rejecting AI-generated test artefacts; not treating AI output as automatically correct
• Test management integration — linking AI-generated tests to acceptance criteria and a test management system before approval
  
  

Tooling & Engineering

• GitHub Actions — CI/CD pipeline authoring, multi-environment matrix strategies, secrets management
• Python scripting — automation tooling, REST API integration, JSON processing, metrics reporting
• Jira + Xray — test lifecycle management, execution results, coverage traceability
• Test reporting (Allure or equivalent) — suite-level results and flaky test identification
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years — sustained hands-on QA/SDET delivery across automation and framework engineering (not management only).
• Integration testing mindset — experience testing end-to-end flows that cross multiple back-end services or products.
