This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sponsorship Partnership - B2B Events professional. The role involves identifying potential partners and sponsors, building and managing relationships, and creating strategic partnerships to support and grow B2B events. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sponsorship strategies, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnership goals with event objectives. The role also entails achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of events by fostering strategic relationships.

• Strong skills in building Partnerships and executing Strategic Partnerships
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in driving revenue generation and meeting targets
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and maintain sponsor relationships
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying market trends and evaluating potential partners
• Education or experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Noida
• Prior experience in B2B event sponsorship or partnership roles is a plus
