Also responsible for the resolution of items within the departmental work queues with accurate system utilization and documentation. Performs other duties as assigned.

- Post electronic and manual payments to Epic on a daily basis.
- Resolves un-posted payment issues in a timely manner.
- Resolves items in payment posting WQ's according to departmental standards.
- Completes assigned goals.
