Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Calixta Salon in New Delhi. The person in this role will perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, body therapies, pedicures, and relaxation services, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients about their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and delivering services that align with salon protocols and brand standards. The Spa Therapist will also support overall salon operations by preparing treatment rooms, managing appointments, and coordinating with other team members to ensure a smooth client experience. Providing attentive customer service, promoting suitable products, and contributing to a calm, welcoming atmosphere are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Cosmetology and a solid understanding of professional beauty and wellness practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Facials and related skincare treatments, with knowledge of different skin types and appropriate products.
• Candidates should possess skills in Spa Treatments, including relaxation therapies and body services, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Pedicures and basic nail care, with attention to detail and client comfort.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build client trust.
• Formal training or certification in spa therapy, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by salon operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and follow established procedures and protocols.
