Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
• Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives
• Execute sourcing projects (i.e. spot buy, RFx, Single Source) using the client and the internal systems and complying with client’s policies & procedures. Supporting and run RFI, RFP, RFQ, eAuction; creating and managing events in e-sourcing tool
• Sourcing of Indirect Procurement – Professional Services category globally
• Drafting contracts based on the client’s standard terms and conditions
• Negotiating contractual terms with vendors
• Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives
• Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
• Proactively looking for optimization opportunities. Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual processes
• Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations
• Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes
• Day-to-day operational process management and support of relevant operational and P2P processes to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receipt of goods and services
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree)
• Experienced in Sourcing Operations and Procurement processes and best practice
• Minimum (7+ years) of progressive experience in indirect procurement with preferred 1+ years in specific category of Professional Services in an international (corporate) environment
• Experience in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors with strong negotiation skills.
• Experienced in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
• Specific know-how in Sourcing of Consulting, Personnel Services, Audit, Tax and other professional services is preferred.
• Problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
• Good interpersonal, analytical, communication skills. A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Previous experience in working with any of the Source to Contract tools: SAP, Ariba, Ivalua, etc. (preferred)
• Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
