About the Role


The client is a fast-growing retail real estate company specializing in commercial plots, retail spaces, and large-format developments for supermarkets, malls, hypermarkets, showrooms, and retail chains.


We're seeking ambitious Sourcing Managers who can identify and engage business owners, retail entrepreneurs, and corporate decision-makers looking to expand their business footprint by acquiring plots or commercial spaces across key metro cities.


This is a high-impact, field-intensive role, best suited for individuals with a strong business development mindset, excellent communication skills, and interest in commercial real estate.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with business owners, retail brands, and corporate clients for commercial space requirements

Conduct field visits, cold outreach, and meetings to generate leads

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

Understand client requirements and align them with available commercial properties

Coordinate site visits and assist in deal discussions

Maintain strong relationships with retail brands, franchise owners, and expansion teams

Track market trends and competitor activity in retail real estate

Work closely with internal teams for deal closure and client servicing


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field

0–2 years of experience in B2B sales / commercial real estate / retail BD

(Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome)

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (Marathi/Kannada)

Strong understanding of retail ecosystem (QSR, supermarkets, fashion retail, franchise models)

Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

Comfortable with field work, cold calling, and client meetings

Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and site visits

Basic understanding of commercial real estate concepts (plot size, FSI, zoning, land use)
