Role Description

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners (brokers, IPCs, local agents)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CPs
  • Drive exclusive and non-exclusive sourcing tie-ups
  • Ensure regular engagement and communication with CP network
  • Plan and execute CP meets, broker events, and project presentations
  • Organize site visits, launch events, and networking sessions
  • Promote project offerings and schemes to CPs
  • Increase participation and engagement through structured events
  • Lead Generation & Sourcing
  • Generate qualified leads through CP network
  • Ensure consistent deal flow for ongoing and new projects
  • Track and convert CP-sourced leads into bookings
  • Monitor sourcing performance against targets


Qualifications


  • Number of active CPs onboarded
  • CP meet/event effectiveness (attendance → leads → closures)
  • Lead generation through CP network
  • Conversion ratio (lead to booking)
  • Revenue contribution from sourcing channel
  • Strong network of Channel Partners / brokers in real estate
  • Experience in CP meets, tie-ups, and broker engagement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with strong relationship management ability
  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing / sales
  • Coordinate with internal sales team for lead follow-ups
  • Support CPs in client meetings, negotiations, and closures
  • Ensure smooth documentation and deal finalization
