Job Summary
The Solution Lead – BPM & Digital Transformation is responsible for architecting end-to-end transformation and outsourcing solutions that address complex client operational challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, process transformation, technology enablement, and commercial strategy. The Solution Lead will partner with Sales, Transformation, Technology, and Delivery teams to design differentiated solutions that leverage process redesign, automation, AI, analytics, and global delivery models.
The role plays a critical part in winning new business, shaping large outsourcing engagements, and expanding strategic client relationships by translating client needs into scalable and value-driven operating models.

The Solution Lead – BPM & Digital Transformation is responsible for architecting end-to-end transformation and outsourcing solutions that address complex client operational challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Solution Lead will partner with Sales, Transformation, Technology, and Delivery teams to design differentiated solutions that leverage process redesign, automation, AI, analytics, and global delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Operating Model Design
- Lead the design of end-to-end BPM and digital transformation solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Translate client requirements into future-state operating models, delivery frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Architect integrated solutions leveraging:
- Process transformation
- Automation and AI
- Technology platforms
- Data and analytics
- Global delivery models
- Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-efficient, and operationally viable while delivering measurable business value.
- Serve as the solution owner during deal pursuits, partnering closely with Sales and Account leaders.
- Lead client discovery workshops, operational diagnostics, and solution design sessions.
- Develop core components of large deal pursuits, including:
- Transformation roadmaps
- Commercial and pricing models
- Business cases and value propositions
- Target operating models
- Lead the development of RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and executive presentations.
- Support client negotiations and solution positioning during advanced deal stages.
- Partner with Transformation and Technology teams to embed innovation into client solutions.
- Design solutions that leverage:
- Automation and AI-led operations
- Digital workflow platforms
- Data-driven decision support
- Industry best practices and benchmarks
- Identify opportunities to drive process efficiency, cost optimization, and service modernization.
- Work with Finance and Sales teams to develop competitive and sustainable commercial models.
- Structure pricing models such as:
- FTE-based models
- Outcome-based pricing
- Transaction-based pricing
- Hybrid commercial constructs
- Build ROI-driven business cases demonstrating client value.
- Collaborate with Delivery leaders to ensure operational feasibility and scalability of solutions.
- Align with Finance, Legal, HR, and Delivery teams on commercial, contractual, and transition considerations.
- Develop solution collaterals, playbooks, and case studies to support business development and marketing efforts.
- End-to-end BPM solution architectures
- Transformation roadmaps and target operating models
- Pricing models and commercial proposals
- RFP/RFI responses and executive solution presentations
- Business case and ROI models
- Capability collaterals and client case studies
- 10–15 years of experience in:
- BPM / BPO industry
- Management consulting
- Process transformation
- Pre-sales or solution architecture
- Designing large outsourcing deals
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital operations
- Experience in consulting-led transformation engagements
