Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

JVS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and visionary Solution Architect to lead and manage our development team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the architectural vision, managing the development team, handling technical requirements, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to software growth, streamline processes, and continuously improve the quality of the software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Requirements Handling: Understand business and technical requirements, translating them into efficient and scalable software solutions.
• Software Growth: Work closely with other teams to ensure the software meets both current and future business needs, driving product development and innovation.
• Code Quality: Oversee and improve the quality of the codebase through best practices, code reviews, and adopting industry standards.
• Architecture Design: Architect and design software systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for technical discussions and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve software architecture, development practices, and development team performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Solution Architect role, with hands-on experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong expertise in software design, development, and delivery.
• Experience with managing technical requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Proficiency in modern software development practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and software development life cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Expertise in full-stack development and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade software solutions.
