Role: Senior Solutions Architect ? Finance Industry: IT / FinTech Function: Solution Architecture & Consulting Salary (LPA): 42.00 ? 45.00 Experience (Years): 8+ Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Education: Graduation (Master?s preferred) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong technical and financial domain expertise to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade finance automation and integration solutions. The role requires a balance of technical leadership, solution design, and financial process knowledge ? ensuring scalability, compliance, and innovation across implementations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals from product companies in the cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise software domain , who have a proven track record in technical architecture and finance-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Translate business and SOW requirements into scalable C4 models and end-to-end technical solutions. Architect workflows for reconciliations, book closure, financial reporting, and system integrations (ERP, GL, AP/AR). Establish standards, best practices, and reusable solution components. Technical Leadership & Mentorship Mentor engineers on architecture, integration, and financial domain best practices. Lead technical reviews and ensure solution quality. Provide strategic guidance on implementation vs. product roadmap enhancements. Client Engagement & Delivery Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients and stakeholders. Design solutions that comply with Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP . Drive successful implementations from design to go-live. Mandatory Criteria (Screening Essentials) 8+ years in solution architecture (preferably fintech/enterprise software). Product company background (mandatory). Proficiency in Python, Java (or similar) with hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) . Deep finance & accounting knowledge (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP). Strong expertise in system integration, API design, microservices, and C4 modeling . Experience in financial reconciliations, automation, and compliance. Proven ability to mentor teams and lead solution delivery. Preferred Qualifications Master?s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. Certifications: Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF/Zachman), Finance Automation platforms (Blackline, Anaplan, Trintech). Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Looker). Exposure to SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, or ML applications in finance. Skills & Competencies Technical: Solution architecture, microservices, API design, cloud-native, data pipelines, programming (Python/Java). Financial: ERP integrations, reconciliations, automation, compliance frameworks. Leadership: Mentorship, project management, stakeholder management, C-level communication.
