We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to take on the role of Solution Manager and contribute to our innovative private wireless offering. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our customers by defining, designing, and pricing services elements of their offers, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and market trends.
  • Define and design customer-centric solution services, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Work closely with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies for solution services.
  • Engage with 3rd party vendors and partners to integrate their components into our private wireless offering.
  • Ensure solution services are aligned with the overall company strategy and brand image.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for solution services.
  • Document and communicate solution services specifications and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team by providing expert knowledge and guidance on solution services during customer engagements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our solution services portfolio.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to other team members as needed.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • 3+ years of experience in solution services, consulting, or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of private wireless technologies and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and attend relevant conferences/workshops.
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
