Job Description

We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC (Execution Lead)

📍 Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

🏭 Industry: Solar Power Plant EPC (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted)

💼 Experience: 7+ Years (Solar EPC Execution – Mandatory)

⏳ Notice Period: 30 days or less preferred


Role Summary :-

Date Energy is looking for a hands-on Solar Project Manager with strong execution experience in C&I Solar Power Plant EPC projects.

The role requires complete ownership of project planning, site execution, coordination, commissioning, and handover — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and as per quality & safety standards.

This position is strictly for candidates with real on-ground Solar EPC execution experience, not only design or office-based roles.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop & ground-mounted Solar EPC projects
  • Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower & resources
  • Coordinate site engineers, contractors, vendors & procurement
  • Review and approve technical designs & drawings
  • Ensure quality, safety & regulatory compliance across sites
  • Handle client coordination & project reporting
  • Manage commissioning, documentation & final project handover


Candidate Requirements (Strict Criteria) :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of core Solar EPC project execution experience
  • Proven experience handling medium/large-scale solar projects
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, commissioning & site management
  • Experience managing multiple sites & cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of local electrical regulations & safety standards
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving capability

✔ Maharashtra-based candidates preferred

✔ Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
