Solar Project Executive (EPC MANDATORY)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the Renewable Energy & Solar EPC sector, we deliver end-to-end utility-scale and commercial solar projects across India—from site feasibility and design to commissioning and performance assurance. Our team works with top-tier developers, financiers, and government entities to execute complex solar infrastructure with precision, on time and on budget. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site mobilization to grid synchronization—ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless site progress.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring supply chain compliance, timely material procurement, and on-site delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Interface with DISCOMs, statutory agencies, and local authorities for approvals, compliance, and commissioning support.
• Track project KPIs (cost variance, schedule slippage, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions to maintain project health.
