Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Solar Maintenance Engineer. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of solar systems. The engineer will also support repairs, monitor system performance, and comply with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with the installation team and reporting maintenance activities is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance strategies
  • Hands-on expertise in Electrical Maintenance of solar systems or related equipment
  • Understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in solar installations
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on on-site projects
  • Experience in renewable energy, particularly solar systems, is an added advantage
