Software Engineering Specialist

Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Specialist – Software Engineer with focus on Capital Markets Technology, to join the Mumbai technology center in India. If Innovation and effectiveness drive, you forward this is the place for you!

Role Responsibilities -

Determines systems software develop requirements.

Builds, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short– and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.

We develop security solutions for complex assignments.

Provides application software development services or technical support typically for more complicated assignments.

An opportunity to develops program logic for new applications or analyses and modifies logic in existing applications.

Modifies existing internal software products to add to new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability.

We expect you to have

• Java - at least 5-10 years of experience as a Java software engineer.
• SQL, RESTful APIs, Spring and Spring Boot expertise.
• Proven understanding of relational databases, including RDBMS setup (Oracle / PostgreSQL). Development experience on a multi-threaded, client-server application,
• Degree qualified in a subject area related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• AWS & Devops experience.
