Role Description We?re looking for an Software Engineering Manager (9?13 yrs) to lead a cross-functional team across backend, Fullstack engineers, data, and ML and AI engineering ? while staying hands-on with system design, concurrency, DevOps, and performance engineering . You?ll architect and scale high-throughput systems that blend AI, ML, and domain expertise ? transforming raw sensor data into actionable insights. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, offering flexibility for some work-from-home days. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design Experience in Team Leadership and Leading Delivery Strong knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems and scalable architecture Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Low level Design Proficiency in either of these Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Excellent communication and organizational skills
