1-2Years of experience with C# and .Net Framework development 1+ Years of experience in Sitecore 9.x, 10 Preferred Good understanding of Sitecore infrastructure 8.x design and components Experience in troubleshooting and improving the performance of an application using various third-party solutions and integrations Understanding of helix design principles Should be able to create a technical design document Experience working on a cloud computing platform (Azure) Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Improvement and Continuous Deployment Must possess excellent communication skills Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality code Must be self-driven, result-oriented, and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining high standards Ability to troubleshoot the existing application and provide root cause analysis Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their technical and consulting capabilities Strong working experience in Agile software development methodologies
