Job Role: ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing ITSM modules, improving service workflows, and supporting enterprise IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and script includes.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and best practices.
• Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Portal customization.
• Experience with version control and development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and external tools.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodology.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and instance management.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
