Job Title: Software Eng- Java/Fullstack II

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Pay: $45-$50

Length: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle application development.
• Design, code, and debug applications using various programming languages.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  
  

Analysis & Design

• Conduct software, code, and requirements analysis.
• Perform software reviews and identify code metrics.
• Execute system risk and software reliability analyses.
• Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) principles.
• Create software models and simulations as needed.
  
  

User Interface & Integration

• Contribute to front-end graphical user interface design.
• Integrate new software solutions with existing systems and platforms.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Perform software testing and quality assurance activities.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and usability improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to enhance development efficiency.
  
  

Maintenance & Support

• Maintain, support, and document software functionality.
• Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Implement localization and globalization features where required.
  
  

Innovation & Technology Evaluation

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies for adoption.
• Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven development experience in:
• Java (Backend)
• Spring Boot
  
  

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

• Experience with OpenShift or other container orchestration platforms.
• Exposure to legacy system development and modernization.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehousing technologies.
