Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Architect and implement advanced software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers; review code for quality, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Innovation: Research emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct unit/integration testing, and participate in continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for systems and processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
